I feel sometimes annoyed. You see females playing soccer in Liberia, but when it comes to representation outside of the country or even locally men are placed in the positions to do the job. It is now time that women take their rightful places in coaching the female national team, serving as staff on the team and attending workshops or seminars to prove themselves. It is unfair to have the entire staff consist of men for the team. It is now time to give women the chance in the female soccer arena.
